We have been hearing scratches coming from the attic area of our home for weeks. We chose Palmetto Wildlife Extractors because they were very responsive to my call and sounded very experienced about the way to solve our problem. After they arrived they were able to determine that I had rats. After they went over the paper work and the process to the permanent fix. They weren’t pushy to get me to sign anything. They allowed me the time to look the paper work over with my wife and after thinking things over we both agreed to go with their services. I really liked how the same person who walked us threw the process was on site until the job was complete. Its been 6 months and still no more noises. I would refer Palmetto Wildlife Extractors out to any of my family or friend.

When my rental home developed a rodent problem, Justin stepped up to make sure that my renters were happy, the job was done quickly and right, and helped alleviate my stress. Justin walked me through everything that needed to be done to take care of the problem. Not only did he work with me, he worked with the renters and around their schedule. If the renters had any concerns, Justin made sure to let me know. He even went so far to make recommendations to make them happy.
