Wildlife Sanctuary to be Reopened to Visitors

Following its routine closure during the rainy season, the Rhino habitat Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary in India will be accessible to visitors on November 1.

The said sanctuary will soon be an interesting spot not only for domestic spectators but also to foreign tourists.

The features of the sanctuary underwent repair and improvement after the damages caused by the floods in River Brahmaputra.

With more than 2,000 migratory birds, the sanctuary is also a home to 90 rhinos and more than 1,000 wild buffalos.
