And although they spend most of their lives living alone in their tunnels, these small mammals are not actually blind.

  •         Moles typically weight about 2.5 to 4.5 ounces.
  •         Moles live in grasslands and urban areas and are found every continent except in South America and Antarctica.
  •         Moles are loners who spend most of their time digging and hunting for food.
