Ned Bruha, a specialist in humane wildlife removal, said that the wiser move would have been to let the squirrels hunker down until they are ready to leave their nests in the attic on their own. Once these animals are out of the attic, homeowners can now deodorize the entire house and its surroundings using an industrial-strength cleanser.
